The Format

Small groups. Structured blocks. A coach who knows your name and your numbers. HAVEN's team training sessions cap at 16 athletes and run on a periodized programming cycle — four-week blocks that build on each other so the work compounds over time. This is not a random workout. This is a system.

Session Types

Strength & Power — 50 min · MetCon — 45 min
Athletic Conditioning — 50 min · Foundation — 45 min

Strength & Power focuses on compound lifts with progressive overload — deadlifts, squats, presses, rows — with a coach spotting form on every rep. MetCon pairs high-intensity intervals with functional movements for maximum caloric output in minimum time. Athletic Conditioning blends agility drills, plyometrics, and sport-specific movement patterns. Foundation is designed for newer members learning the movement vocabulary before they join the advanced sessions.

The Coaches

Every team training coach at HAVEN holds a minimum CSCS or equivalent credential and carries real-world athletic experience — former collegiate athletes, military operators, competitive lifters. They write the programming, they run the floor, and they will not let you cut a rep short.

Minimum 5 Years Coaching Experience

Our coaching team meets weekly to review programming progressions and individual member performance data. Every member who enrolls in team training receives a movement screen on day one — we identify restrictions, asymmetries, and injury history before you touch a barbell. Coaches rotate across session types so you benefit from multiple coaching perspectives while maintaining programming continuity. This is the standard we set and the standard we hold.

The group holds you to a standard you would never hold yourself to alone. Show up at 6 AM because 15 other people are expecting you. Push through the last set because the person next to you did not quit. HAVEN's team training builds something a personal trainer cannot — belonging.

Community Events & Challenges

Members book their spots through the HAVEN app up to 48 hours in advance. No-shows are tracked — not punitively, but because we have a waitlist and someone else wants that spot. Monthly assessments measure strength benchmarks, cardiovascular capacity, and body composition so you can see the numbers move. Quarterly challenges pit training groups against each other in friendly competition. The relationships formed in these sessions are the reason members stay for years.

The Space

A 3,200 sq ft dedicated training bay separated from the main floor. Rubber flooring rated for Olympic drops. Rigs, racks, sleds, and enough dumbbells that no one ever waits. The space is designed for organized chaos — structured enough to run a tight session, open enough that 16 athletes can move freely without collision.

The training bay features a 24-foot functional rig with pull-up bars, dip stations, and ring attachments. Six squat racks line the perimeter wall. A dedicated sled track runs 40 yards along the east wall — long enough for legitimate sprint work. The sound system is independent from the main floor so coaches control the music and volume. Ventilation is industrial-grade with dedicated HVAC to keep the space cool even at peak capacity.
