A heated sanctuary built to melt tension from your body and noise from your mind. HAVEN's infrared-heated studio holds 95 - 105 degrees with calibrated humidity — warm enough to deepen every posture, never so hot it becomes the point. The heat is a tool, not a test.

Hot Sculpt — 45 min · Infrared Restore — 75 min
Movement as meditation. Each vinyasa class at HAVEN builds a continuous thread of breath-linked postures — flowing from one shape to the next without pause. The practice is athletic, the intention is stillness. You leave stronger than you arrived and quieter than you expected.
Flow Formats
Morning Flow — 60 min · Power Vinyasa — 45 min
Slow Flow — 60 min · Flow & Restore — 75 min
A dedicated quiet room designed for one purpose — to let the world stop. Guided meditation sessions, breathwork circles, and silent sits. No music. No mirrors. Just your breath and the space between thoughts. This is the hardest workout in the building.
Meditation Formats
Guided Meditation — 30 min · Breathwork Circle — 45 min
Silent Sit — 20 min · Yoga Nidra — 60 min
Long holds. Deep surrender. Restorative and Yin sessions at HAVEN use bolsters, blocks, and blankets to support your body in passive postures held for three to five minutes each. The connective tissue opens. The nervous system downshifts. Time dissolves.
Restorative Formats
Yin Yoga — 60 min · Restorative Yoga — 75 min
Stretch & Release — 45 min · Sound Bath Restore — 60 min
Natural light, bamboo floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the courtyard garden.
