An introduction to conditioning at HAVEN. You will move through upper and lower body stations, weaving in core activation and cardio bursts, all at your own pace. The perfect on-ramp for anyone stepping into high-intensity training for the first time.

Metabolic Torch is built around timed stations with active recovery periods. Your instructor calibrates the work-to-rest ratios based on the room's energy. Dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight drills rotate through a fresh sequence each session so no two classes feel the same. Expect to burn 500 to 700 calories in a single session.

Circuit Blitz

An effective circuit-style workout where you go all out for a minute on a targeted exercise, take a quick break, then rotate to the next station. Six rounds of focused effort designed to push your limits and build total-body resilience.

Circuit Blitz is our most popular format. Each station targets a different muscle group or movement pattern, allowing you to push hard while one area recovers. Battle ropes, slam balls, box jumps, rowing sprints, and weighted carries all make regular appearances. Your instructor tracks the clock and keeps the energy relentless. Modifications are always available.
