The Reformer Experience

The reformer is not just a piece of equipment, it is your partner in building a body that moves with grace and power. Spring-loaded resistance meets precision-guided movement on a carriage that slides, glides, and challenges every stabilizing muscle you own.

HAVEN's Pilates studio features 16 Balanced Body reformers in a naturally lit space with warm wood flooring and acoustic paneling. Each reformer is fitted with a tower for expanded exercise variety. Sessions are kept intentionally small to allow your instructor to provide hands-on corrections and verbal cueing that transforms your practice from repetitive motion into mindful movement.

Core, Posture, Flexibility

Every session at HAVEN focuses on three pillars of physical health. Deep core activation builds the internal scaffolding that protects your spine. Postural correction undoes years of desk-bound damage. And dynamic flexibility work opens up range of motion you forgot you had.

Our instructors are certified through the Balanced Body or BASI Pilates education programs with a minimum of 500 hours of supervised teaching. They understand anatomy at a level that allows them to spot compensatory movement patterns and address them in real time. Many of our members report relief from chronic back pain, improved athletic performance, and a profound sense of body awareness after just six sessions.

Private Pilates session

Expand your knowledge, master form, and advance your skills with personalized one-on-one instruction in the Pilates Studio. Choose from 25 or 50 minute sessions. Fees vary by location.

Semi-private Pilates

Semi-Private

Enjoy the focused attention of an instructor, along with the inspiring social energy of 3 to 4 others in a 50 minute workout that progresses through three levels: Core, Transform, and Evolve. Fees vary by location.

Active aging Pilates

Active Aging

Designed for 55 years and over, the focus is on enhancing posture, strengthening core and improving balance, for healthy living and healthy aging. Your instructor adapts every session to your body.

Four Phases of
Pilates at HAVEN

Your first session is on us. Intro to Pilates is your invitation to come into the studio, and start to experience the benefits yourself.

Phase 1 — Learning Foundational Movements

In the beginning, you will discover how foundational movements influence everyday activities, like squatting or carrying groceries. This phase helps awaken your core, while your instructor learns how to best support your individual coaching needs.

Phase 2 — Deepening Your Attention and Execution

As you progress, you will notice that Pilates starts to enhance your daily life. You will sit taller, feel more confident, and become stronger. Your instructor fine-tunes their guidance to maximize your muscle activation and movement quality.

Phase 3 — Progression in the Repertoire as You Move with Intention

You will feel stronger and more mobile, enabling you to tackle challenges you once found daunting. With each session, your instructor provides just the right level of challenge, helping you master movements with grace and purpose.

Phase 4 — See the Changes and Crave More

At this stage, Pilates becomes an integral part of your life and a cherished escape. The bonds you form with fellow participants deepen, and you will eagerly look forward to your sessions, with your instructor intuitively guiding your progress.
